Refund Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original condition. To start a return, fill out a ticket via our contact form with your order number.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the original packaging. Sale items, final-sale items, and gift cards are not eligible for return.

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, fill out a ticket via our contact form within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll cover the return and send a replacement.

We don't offer exchanges. If you want a different item, return the original and place a new order.
